Malinda Lo returns to San Francisco, Bay Area. Aria Tang West was looking forward to spending her summer on Martha’s Vineyard, however fresh out of college, her graduation party takes a turn for the worst, her parents exile her to California to stay with her grandmother. Aria dreads that her summer is now ruined, but little does she know this is the kind of summer that changes everything for her.
